Understand your car
Every driver should understand the messages on the board computer display. With these messages, the car reports more or less serious errors or changes in operation.
However, what to do if your Volvo only communicates with you in Flemish or Italian and you cannot translate some messages on the display in the event of a failure?
If you own a Volvo manufactured between 1999 and 2015, we have a solution for you.
System VDASH will assist you
We cooperate with the company that developed the VDASH system, thanks to which it is possible to change language into officially unsupported models. VDASH also allows you to create a complete backup of your dashboard.
What do we translate?
DIM - board computer (device behind the steering wheel)
ICM - radio (central panel – LCD display)
PHM - telephone module
Changing the language only involves changing the texts (not the spoken word) that the on-board computer displays to you and does not change anything else.
What languages are supported?
Any languages. These are currently already prepared: Slovak, Czech, English, Polish, Hungarian, Russian.
What vehicles are supported?
All VOLVO vehicles equipped with an on-board computer that displays messages and are manufactured after 1999. Specifically, these are:
- Volvo C30, Volvo S40II, Volvo V50 and Volvo C70II from 2004
- Volvo S60,Volvo S80, Volvo V70II, Volvo XC70II from 1999
- Volvo V70III, Volvo XC70III, Volvo S80II from 2007

Central panel ICM: EUR 20
We will provide you with a free vehicle diagnostics, delete old errors or set the service interval
How is it done?
The entire task takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on the Volvo model and the task. We provide the service in our car workshop in Nitra. The return of the original language is free of charge.
